We require a reservation fee of $25 with no exceptions. Appointment fees up to $50 (so, two appointments) will be credited towards your gown purchase here with us!

Please note, while we understand there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances, appointments will be CANCELLED if the party arrives 15 minutes late or more. We need to be able to give each consultation its scheduled time and attention! If you have any questions, please email us at info@enblancla.com

All appointments are subject to cancellation if you have not confirmed 48 hours prior to your appointment. 4 days before your appointment, you will receive an email from us with an easy link to confirm or cancel your consultation. Just click, and you’ll be good to go!

PLEASE NOTE: A MAXIMUM OF THREE GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED PER BRIDE. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHOULD YOU BRING ANY MORE THAN THREE GUESTS, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ALLOW YOU ENTRY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU MAY NOT SWAP IN GUESTS.
